How do you identify the cause of my pain?
Your initial appointment includes a thorough assessment to determine the root cause. This ensures a tailored treatment plan that targets your specific issue.

Who are the physiotherapists?
Treatments are provided by HCPC-registered, chartered physiotherapists with extensive NHS and private-sector experience, led by specialist Head Physiotherapist Oluwaseyi Akanmu, who has over 14 years of experience.

Standard initial assessment/treatment (1 hour): from £50

We also have individual treatment/discount packages. Your physiotherapist will advise which best suits you following an assessment.

How long is a typical treatment?
Initial assessment only last about half an hour however you are able to add your first treatment to this to make it an hour appointment. Follow-ups vary but are typically around 30-60 minutes depending on your needs.

Do you offer remote video consultations?
Yes—a 30-minute video assessment is available from £40, letting you start progress from the comfort of your home.

What techniques do you use?
Your therapist may use manual therapy, exercise prescription, PNF, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, plus evidence-based modalities adapted to your condition.

Can you prescribe exercises for home?
Yes—creating bespoke exercise programmes is a central part of treatment. Movement is seen as key to recovery.

Is acupuncture available?
Yes, a medical approach to acupuncture is offered for clients as part of our physiotherapy treatment sessions.

What about shockwave therapy?
Shockwave therapy is available as both an assessment and treatment option (ideal for tendonitis or soft tissue injuries).

Do you treat athletes and sports injuries?
Absolutely—treatment is open to all, including athletes. Personalised sport and injury-specific programmes are available.

Yes—concessional rates (£40) are offered to clients over 65 and students.
