Cancellation Policy
Please note no refunds are permitted for unattended sessions. You are able to reschedule an appointment on one occasion per appointment, any further need for rescheduling will result in you forfeiting your original appointment and will require you to book another separate appointment. If an appointment is required to be rescheduled you are required to do this at least 48 hours before your appointment or you will be required to pay a £10 rescheduling fee at the start of your rescheduled appointment. If you attend your appointment late then your physiotherapist will attempt to give you as much of your appointment as possible however if this is not possible this will be classed as an unattended session and you will lose your booked appointment or be offered the ability to reschedule with the £10 rescheduling fee. All bookings are refundable 48 hours prior to your appointment, if you wish to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment then you are able to receive 50% of your appointment cost back, if it is less than 24 hours prior to your appointment then you are not entitled to receive a refund, if you have paid a deposit and require to reschedule your appointment then you will be asked to pay another deposit. We would also like to add that in the case of any request to reschedule appointments clients must contact us with time and date options that they would be able to reschedule an appointment for. This must be confirmed by us by the latest of 7 days after the request was made which will be confirmed via email, If an email confirmation is not received using the email you use to book then the session will continue as planned and if you do not attend this will be taken as a unattended appointment however requests for refunds may be assessed on an individual basis. All bookings made with variable options are honoured as booked, if your booking is made with a shorter variable option then the time allowed will only be as booked.
