Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. Missed or unattended appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled once, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a £10 rescheduling fee, payable at the start of your new appointment. Any further rescheduling will result in the original appointment being forfeited, and a new appointment will need to be booked. If a deposit has been paid, a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment. When requesting a reschedule, please provide your preferred alternative dates and times. Your appointment is only considered rescheduled once you have received an email confirmation from us. If confirmation is not received, your original appointment remains booked. Failure to attend the original appointment will be treated as a Did Not Attend (DNA) and will be non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide as much of your appointment as possible. Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. If there is insufficient time to provide the session, it may be treated as a Did Not Attend, or you may be offered the option to reschedule with the applicable £10 fee. Appointment Duration Your appointment will be provided for the duration selected when booking. Shorter appointment options cannot be extended beyond the time booked. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
